INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING A SPIROMETRY TRAINING WORKSHOP:
- TRAINING REQUEST: Clinic Managers can now book their staff by completing the SHP Booking Form (below) with your 2 preferred training dates. Please refer to the upcoming available training dates here BUT do not register staff on that webpage or you will be charged full price!!
- CONFIRMATION: We will contact you to confirm your booking and registration details.
- PAYMENT: An invoice will be sent to the SHP clinic manager, reflecting SHP discounted price.
- WORKBOOKS: Upon receipt of payment the Spirometry Training Workbook will be posted to the participant at the SHP clinic address (unless otherwise instructed).
- LATE CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / NO SHOW: **Please note** any requests to cancel or reschedule a participant booking will incur a $100 admin fee if you do not provide the minimum notice to Spirometry Training Company of 5 business days.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Upon registration in a workshop, the participants will be sent an email with their unique login to the learning portal.
There is some preparation required prior to the workshop, so please make sure your staff have their login details in order to access the online portal.
STAFF REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAINING WORKSHOPS
It is essential that the staff have access to the following during the workshop:
- computer with CAMERA and AUDIO so that we can conduct the practical components*
- calibration syringe*
- workbook (we will post this to you)
* Please contact us if participants do not have access to a video, spirometer & calibration syringe on the day, as an additional private practical workshop will need to be organised. This is an accreditation requirement to complete the practical component of the training. Please also note this will incur an additional cost of $100 and may delay your certificate.
CAN I SELECT A WORKSHOP DATE THAT IS SOLD OUT?
YES! Sometimes we have some wiggle room. However, please note if your first date preference is sold out, please make sure you enter a 2nd preference.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS
Please understand that when a booking is cancelled we try to fill the ticket from our waitlist. It is imperative we are given enough notice to accomodate others who may be waiting in line. A fee will apply if a change to a booking is made within 5 business days leading up to the event.
MY STAFF DID NOT RECEIVE A LOGIN EMAIL
Sometimes the emails are blocked by firewalls or sent to junk. If they don’t receive their email with login details, please instruct them to click here and they can opt to change their password. Their email address is the username.
